Dr. Milka is CFMC’s professional business consultant, trainer and a blogger. Business turnaround and re-engineering are some of his passionate areas of willing pursuit. He seeks business problems and mends them, He uses unique methodology in his training and has trusted and tested training approaches that transforms human performance with efficiency and effectiveness.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) MBA, Master of Commerce in Co-operative Management (M.Com), Master of Science in Psychology (M.Sc.(Psy)), Master of Philosophy (Entrepreneurship) M.Phil., and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration PhD., He has travelled and traversed in the East Africa and Great lakes region and also the Middle East and far East and is highly experienced in working with multiethnic and multiracial group.
He has conducted several workshops and seminars for hundreds of corporates, practitioners, consultants and students across two continents on several topics of business and personnel transformation. His practical approach and the down to earth application oriented trainings make it radical but novel.
Tophil Owino Odoi
Tophil is CFMC’s seasoned consultant and is experienced in vast areas of HR, General Management, Public Relations, Project Management, NGO management work, Decentralization and Local Governance, Consultancy and advisory work that utilizes his well over thirty years of Management experience in Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Public Administration of Decentralised governance, and conducting M & E in NGOs.
He is currently pursuing a PhD programme at Uganda Management Institute, now in third year of study. He has a Master’s Degree in Management Studies (Human Resource Management option) from Uganda Management Institute, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, Bachelor’s Degree from Makerere University, and post- experience qualification in Public Relations and Customer Care from UK.
He has contributed significantly to training and supervised over 10 master’s students. He has examined Masters in Management Studies (MMS) dissertations. He was an active participant - and still provides support - in carrying out Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for the entire Police and Prisons Force in 2005. He recruited well over 34,000 people under the Manpower Group of Companies in East Africa and a number of consultancies locally.
Robert Mwesige is responsible for the organizational leadership, training and development at Clear Focus Management Consult Ltd. He is based in Kampala and leads the firm’s focus on resolving complex business issues and creating long-term social and economic value. He is one of the few trainers in Uganda who are Certified by the International Labour Organization (ILO) under the Start and Improves Your Business (SIYB) Programme.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in numerous fields such as; Direct Marketing, Marketing Plans, Client Development, Brand Marketing, Sales Representation, B2B and B2C, Competitor Analysis, Project Management and Market Research. His exceptional performance enabled him to attain the position of the Head of Marketing and Communications at Federation of Uganda Employers before taking a brave step to move into the world of Business Consultancy, Training & Development. Robert’s passion is to work with people and support their professional growth.
Vincent Omondi Okoth
Vincent Omondi Okoth is responsible for the oversight of all operating and compliance functions of the company. He is one of the trainers in Uganda who are Certified by the International Labour Organization (ILO) under the Start and Improves Your Business (SIYB) Programme.
He has recently completed numerous corporate cross-border assignments and has extensive knowledge and experience in Marketing, Report Writing, Project Management, Portfolio Performance Analysis, Stock Market Analysis, Business Risk Analysis, and Data Analysis. His specialization includes Statistics, Research, Enterprise Financial Analysis [Asset valuation and Compliance].
He also has direct operations experience, having been a freelance academic researcher for various individuals, groups and organizations from various institutions and industries worldwide. Through his financial and operational background, his industry depth and professional network is proven. He has a unique analytical perception about investment and business management.
Nabirye Daphyne Paula
Nabirye Daphine Paula is responsible for all the client relations and communications of the company. As an experienced client relations manager, her tenacious and proactive approach has been vital in numerous important contract wins.
Daphine has excellent networking skills that help the team with vital client leads, and her ability to develop client relationships has been pivotal to the increase in business renewals for CFMC. She adds to the organization a whole wealth of meticulous attention to detail, friendliness, and high standards of professionalism.
